Chapter 12 Honor Guard
Patriotism in Action
As Patriot Day weekend came to a close, members of the DAV Black Mountain Chapter 12 Honor Guard returned to Water Street in Henderson to carefully take down the American flags that had lined the district in remembrance of September 11th.

From Putting the Flags Up to Bringing Them Down.
From putting the flags up to bringing them back down, these Veterans continue to serve their community with the same pride, respect, and dedication they carried in uniform.
A special thank you to our Honor Guard members for giving their time and making sure Water Street was filled with the Stars and Stripes as Henderson honored those we lost, those who served, and those who continue to serve.
We remember. We honor. We never forget.
